Martin joins Loftware as Chief Technology Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience in IT leadership, transformation, and innovation—particularly within private equity-backed organizations. With a Master’s degree in Economics and technical expertise across all major IT stacks, he combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to build scalable, high-performing teams and drive meaningful change. Before joining Loftware, he led technology transformation initiatives across companies of various sizes, working closely with leading private equity firms and applying agile methodologies like SAFe to deliver stability, speed, and growth. He is also a recognized thought leader and regular speaker at industry events such as Vienna's CIO Summit. Born and still based in Vienna, Austria, he is married and the proud father of three sons (ages 6, 12, and 17). Outside of work, he has a passion for collecting and restoring vintage pinball and arcade machines. His collection includes a wide range of classics, and he has even contributed to the FPGA implementation of the iconic Sega game "Monaco GP." back when there was a thing such as "free time". He brings the same curiosity, precision, and creativity to his work that he applies to his technical hobbies—and is excited to collaborate with the global Loftware team to shape the future of enterprise labeling and supply chain innovation.
